That's what a whole-child approach to learning, teaching, and community engagement entails.  To that end, please see our "Clubs & Programs" tab to see a list of before- and after- school clubs that we offer to enrich academic learning here at Weber.

School Goal for 2018-19
:  Increasing students' performance in Reading in order to increase their performance and skills in other areas.

Major Strategy for Increasing Student Achievement:
We will operate as a Professional Learning Community, or PLC.  As part of a PLC, we have two primary foci:--a focus on learning and a focus on culture.

1) Focus on Learning:  Analyze data and implement effective, research-based strategies, aligned with rigorous, standards-based outcomes, to promote student achievement
2) Focus on Culture:  Create optimal conditions for learning that address the needs of the whole child so that students can thrive.

"Weber Elementary is a true hidden gem!  The school is small enough that each student can be recognized for their strengths and…the teachers and staff present a cohesive unit and work together to ensure that the students learn through positive reinforcement!  Parents are consulted on matters of importance.  Suggestions are always thoughtful and insightful."
